A snow vehicle is disclosed incorporating apparatus permitting conversion from street use to snow use. The conversion apparatus includes a pair of ski assemblies attachable to the conventional, pre-existing steering system of the vehicle. A pair of endless track assemblies each including an endless flexible track, a forward drive shaft and a plurality of bogie wheels mounted in a tunnel, are positioned at the rear of the vehicle.
