A round bale handling device for use with conventional farm tractor front end loaders includes a normally vertical, forwardly tiltable frame having a pair of shafts with a plurality of tines thereon mounted for partial rotation about longitudinal axes thereof, permitting grasping of a bale positioned therebetween for handling without substantial compression of the bale surface.
