The disclosure is directed to a clamp for flexible tube and more particularly a clamp for surgical use. The clamp is formed of plastic material and has a pair of clamping members connected by a flexible hinge. The flexible hinge biases the clamping members open and a cam with at least one elongated handle closes the clamping members about a flexible tube or vessel.
