Closures having a generally triangular shape corresponding to tab opening cans include a seal plug with depending sealing lips and an internal cavity which facilitates installation and provides a sealing force. A resilient spring member may also be imbedded in the closure about the cavity to increase the sealing. The closures are resealable and may be reusable.
