초록

A plastic container, especially well suited for carbonated beverage bottles, with a specially designed bottom to minimize stress and improve parison blowing is disclosed. The bottom end has a modified hemispherical shape contiguous with the sidewalls and a continuous seating ring, for stably supporting the bottle on a flat surface which is of convex annular shape and positioned between the seating ring and a center portion is an intermediate portion.
