초록

A unitary, composite laminated article comprises an electrically insulating top layer and an electrically insulating bottom layer. Applied to the inner surfaces of each of these layers is a barrier layer substantially impermeable to moisture and water vapor. A substantially continuous electrically conductive layer of substantially uniform thickness is interposed between the barrier layers.
