A method is disclosed for incorporating particulate material in reactive resin mixes produced by the RIM method in the molding of foamed or unfoamed plastic articles, wherein the particulate material is introduced into the resin mix in a manner which substantially eliminates the severe abrasive effect such particulate material produces under conditions existing in prior methods due to flow through the various passges of the mixing head.
