A beach cart for carrying supplies to and from a beach picnic and for multi-functional use at the picnic site. Of a size to be carried readily in the trunk of a car, the cart has two wide independently-mounted wheels that support the cart near the rear of the bed and beneath the area where an ice chest is to be carried.
