초록

The method of applying ohmic contacts to a semiconductor, such as a silicon body or wafer used in solar cells, by the use of arc plasma spraying, and solar cells resulting therefrom.

A p-n junction solar cell having arc plasma sprayed ohmic contacts on the p side or n side of the junction, the thickness of said contact being in the range of from about 5 to about 40 microns.
