The tab is particularly adapted for use in conjunction with circular end units, and the tab is provided with fold lines in opposite edge portions of the grip portion of the tab so as to permit the grip portion to be of the required material width while at the same time reducing the effective length of the bend or fold line between the grip portion and the tab body portion thereby permitting the fold line to be disposed closely adjacent the periphery of the end panel of the end unit.
