The unitary flexible cover is provided with hinge members adapted to cooperate with corresponding slots in an upstanding wall of the case upon manual flexing of the cover. Upon release of the cover, the cover returns to its normally flat posture, locking the cover in place through means of tabs. A preferred embodiment comprises a plastic beer case.
