Apparatus for mounting a roll towel dispenser (30) on the door (12) of a recessed paper towel cabinet (10). The apparatus includes a bracket assembly (40) that has a hooked end portion (54) adapted to fit over the top edge of the door (12) of the recessed cabinet (10).
