A tamper resistant safety tab may also be provided to prevent tampering with the contents of the tray when the tray is on a shelf. The lid is made of a single blank having two panels with one of the panels having an opening to receive the tray and the other panel being folded over the first panel of the tray and adhered to the first panel along its outer edges.
