A PEGBOARD spacer for maintaining a perforated PEGBOARD a desired distance from a mounting surface such as a wall or the like. In one form of the invention, a plurality of individual spacers are provided, each spacer being of cup-shape and having an axially extending opening through the bottom of the cup adapted to receive the shank of a mounting bolt or screw.
