In addition to causing the front wheels to turn, the rotational movement of the steering shaft having an integrally constructed spiral track simultaneously causes the frame to tilt by utilizing one end of an arm pivotally connected to the front wheel axle and the other end pivotally connected to tracking means for following the rotatable spiral track.
