A dual temperature refrigeration system which includes a first and second evaporator coil which chills water and freezes water within a tank for producing carbonated water. A restrictor tube is connected between the first evaporator coil and the second evaporator coil for reducing the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the second evaporator coil.
