Tubular apparatus for delivering steam or other hot fluids to an oil well comprises an inner tubular having an outer surface and defining an inner space for conveying fluids at a temperature greater than 400 degrees F., and an outer tubular disposed around the inner tubular and defining an annular space with the inner and the outer tubulars being connected together.
