1. An open top, liquid tight carton having a flat bottom wall and having flat side and end walls joined to each other by rounded corners, said carton being formed from a unitary blank of foldable sheet material such as coated paperboard and comprising: (a) a bottom wall panel having pairs of opposed, parallel, straight side and end edges joined by rounded corner edges; (b) a pair of opposed end wall inner panels foldably joined to and upstanding from opposite end edges of said bottom wall panel; (c) a pair of opposed side wall panels having center portions foldably joined at lower edges to respective side edges of said bottom wall panel and extending upwarding therefrom to form side walls; (d) said side wall panels having end portions extending beyond said center portions, over said bottom wall panel corner and end edges, into overlapping relation with each other, outwardly adjacent said end wall inner panels, to form end walls; (e) a pair of gussets at each end of said carton joining said bottom wall panel to a related end wall inner panel and to said side wall panel end portions to provide a liquid tight bottom corner construction; (f) each of said gussets including: (i) a generally triangular first section foldably joined to said bottom wall panel along a related rounded corner edge of said bottom wall panel and foldably joined to said inner end wall panel along a fold line extending upwardly from said bottom wall panel; (ii) a second gusset section foldably joined to a related side wall panel end portion on a fold line which is an extension of a fold line joining said side wall panel center portion to said bottom wall panel and being free from attachment to the related end wall inner panel; (iii) said gusset sections being foldably joined to each other on a curved fold line which extends inwardly and upwardly from the junction of said bottom wall panel side and corner edges and is tangent to the latter. 2. An open top, liquid tight carton having a flat bottom wall and having flat side and end walls joined to each other by rounded corners, said carton being formed from a unitary blank of foldable sheet material such as coated paperboard and comprising: (a) a bottom wall panel having pairs of opposed, parallel, straight side and end edges joined by generally rounded corner edges; (b) a pair of opposed end wall inner panels foldably joined to and upstanding from opposite end edges of said bottom wall panel; (c) a pair of opposed side wall panels having center portions foldably joined at lower edges to respective side edges of said bottom wall panel and extending upwarding therefrom to form side walls; (d) said side wall panels having end portions extending beyond said center portions, over said bottom wall panel corner and end edges, into overlapping relation with each other, outwardly adjacent said end wall inner panels, to form end walls; (e) a pair of gussets at each end of said carton joining said bottom wall panel to a related end wall inner panel and to said side wall panel end portions to provide a liquid tight bottom corner construction; (f) each of said gussets including: (i) a generally triangular first section extending outwardly from a lower corner of a related end wall inner panel and being foldably joined to said bottom wall panel along a related corner edge of said bottom wall panel; (ii) a second gusset section foldably joined to a related side wall panel end portion on a fold line which is an extension of a fold line joining said side wall panel center portion to said bottom wall panel and being free from attachment to the related end wall inner panel; (iii) said gusset sections being foldably joined to each other on a fold line which extends inwardly and upwardly from said bottom wall panel corner edge and is tangent thereto. 3. A unitary blank of foldable sheet material, such as coated paperboard, which is cut and scored to provide an open top, liquid-tight carton having a flat bottom wall and having flat side and end walls joined to each other by rounded corners, said blank comprising: (a) a bottom wall panel having pairs of opposed, parallel, straight side and end edges joined by rounded corner edges; (b) a pair of opposed end wall inner panels foldably joined at inner edges to opposite end edges of said bottom wall panel; (c) a pair of opposed side wall panels having center portions foldably joined at inner edges to respective side edges of said bottom wall panel; (d) said side wall panels having end portions extending beyond said center portions; (e) a pair of gussets at each end of said carton joining said bottom wall panel to a related end wall inner panel and to adjacent side wall panel end portions; (f) each of said gussets including: (i) a generally triangular first section extending from an inner corner of said inner end wall panel and foldably joined to said bottom wall panel along a related rounded corner edge of said bottom wall panel; (ii) a second gusset section foldably joined to a related side wall panel end portion on a fold line which is an extension of a fold line joining said side wall panel center portion to said bottom wall panel and being free from attachment to the related end wall inner panel; (iii) said gusset sections being foldably joined to each other on a curved fold line which extends outwardly from the junction of said bottom wall panel side and corner edges and is tangent to the latter. 4. A carton according to claim 2, and including a pair of flanges each having a single, relatively narrow elongated strip foldably joined to an upper edge of one of said side wall panels and secured against the outer surface thereof. 5. A carton according to claim 2, and including a pair of flanges each having a relatively narrow, elongated first strip foldably joined to an upper edge of one of said side wall panels, and a relatively narrow, elongated second strip foldably joined to a lower edge of said first strip, said strips being secured against each other and the outer surface of said side wall panel. 6. A carton according to claim 5, and including at least one relatively narrow, elongated dust flap foldably joined to an upper edge of one of said flange strips and disposed to extend inwardly therefrom and normal thereto. 7. A carton according to claim 2, wherein at each end of the carton, one of said side wall panel end portions has an extension which projects beyond a related gusset second section and which has a lower portion secured between the adjacent side wall end portion and its related second gusset section. 8. A carton according to claim 4, wherein at each end of the carton, one of said side wall panel end portions has an extension which projects beyond its related flange and second gusset section, so that when said extension is secured to said other side wall panel end portion said panels and flanges will be co-planer. 9. A carton according to claim 2, wherein said first gusset section is an extension of said end wall inner panel. 10. A carton according to claim 2, wherein said first gusset section is foldably joined to said end wall inner panel on a fold line extending upwardly and outwardly from said bottom wall panel. 11. A carton according to claim 2, wherein said gusset sections are joined to each other on a curved fold line. 12. A carton according to claim 2, wherein said gusset sections are disposed in face-to-face relation. 13. A carton according to claim 2, wherein related second gusset sections have adjacent ends disposed in abutting relation. 14. A carton according to claim 2, wherein the fold line between said gusset sections is tangent to the related corner edge of said bottom wall panel.
