The device is comprised of an elongated base member having a length of about 18 inches and a fixed wall at one end as well as two pivotal walls, one attached at an intermediate position, the other attached at the opposite end. The intermediate wall is positioned from the fixed wall a distance of about 25% to 30% of the length of the base member and the height ratios of the fixed, the intermediate and the end pivoting wall is approximately 1:3:12.
