An insulated window panel is provided with pseudo sash bar lattices that are affixed, preferably by dual-sided adhesive foam tape, in coincidental alignment to the outwardly facing transparent surfaces of the panel. Dual-and triple-glazed window panels constructed in accordance with the present invention have the appearance of being constructed of a plurality of small panes or panels that are surrounded and held in planar array by sash bars.
