A closable vessel including a main body portion and a hingeably affixed lid portion. A suction cup affixing structure is providing on either the lid or the back of the main body for removably affixing the vessel to a surface. When affixed the vessel presents its contents at an appropriate angle between the horizontal and the vertical for easy access by the user and to allow drainage of water.
