An acrylic polymer basecoat is coated onto said substrate. The basecoat has sufficient viscosity when applied to prevent strikethrough when the basecoat is applied to the substrate. A topcoat is selected from the group consisting of polyether urethane and silicone latex and is coated onto the basecoat.
