Three horizontal transverse axes (44, 46, 48) connect the seat and the column, the column and the curved supporting bar and the curved supporting bar and the seat in one hinged triangular arrangement where at least one transverse axis permits not only a swiveling motion but also a relative shift of the connected parts to permit an adjustment of the seat and backrest.
