A cosmetic holder casing for a plurality of stick-like cosmetics such as eye shadow, lipsticks and the like is disclosed, and comprises in combination: a box-like body, a moving holder, a moving cylinder body, a rotating cylinder body, a resilient body, a locking mechanism, and a ratchet mechanism.
