A portable, open top utility tote container constructed and shaped from a lightweight yet durable, semirigid, corrugated plastic material used to store or transport an unlimited variety of household or industrial items. The receptacle portion of the container is formed from a single sheet of material, cut, scored into panels, and folded to the shape of a tapered rectangular box.
