A cigarette carton merchandising rack assembly is disclosed. A plurality of uprights are connected by transverse tie braces and base plates to form a rack module. Each of the tie braces includes a cam lock assembly and each of the base plates has a locking key that facilitate positive securement of the uprights, tie braces and base plates to form each rack module.
