A frozen beverage machine is provided, comprising a frame containing a horizontally positioned stationary cylinder. A conventional cooling mechanism, typically comprising a compressor, a condenser, and cooling coils around the cylinder cools the cylinder. The cylinder is provided with an opening for removal of frozen beverages or ice cream.
