The alloys of this invention are of low strategic element content, nonmagnetic, resistant to damage by chloride- or other halide-containing solutions as well as to a wide variety of other chemical agents, airmeltable, castable, of improved fabricability and weldability and of higher chromium level but lower molybdenum contents than other alloys intended for chloride resistance.
