A cleaning device for cleaning spas by removing particulate debris siphons liquids from the spa so that the debris is sucked out of the spa by the fluid flow. The device includes a rigid handle portion, an upstream nozzle and a downstream hose having a discharge outlet to define a fluid passageway.
