A tent is disclosed that is readily collapsible into a unitary flat package which can be readily stored on a hanger in a closet. When it is desired to “set up”the tent, a pair of latches are released and the tent automatically assumes or expands into a fully “set up”or erect condition. The tent comprises a fabric or canvas body mounted on corner posts secured to the ends of a pair of flexible bent rods arranged in criss-crossed relation.
