This substantially planar grinding disc coacts with a perforated plate. The perforations or holes of the perforated plate are provided at a side of the perforations or holes which confronts the grinding disc with grinding edges suitable for achieving a desired refinement processing or treatment of the fiber stock suspension. These perforations or holes experience a force flow of the fiber stock suspension through such perforations or holes.
