The invention relates to a suitcase for arranging golf equipment, of a type convertible to a cart for transporting the equipment over a golf coarse. This suitcase has a covering defining a parrallelepipedic volume and is made up of a removeable top face (1), a pair of end walls, a pair of side walls and a large bottom face. The covering is rigidly positioned by an internal reinforcing structure (8) that is connected to internal reinforcing walls (9, 10) that are transverse to the cart.
