A packaging cup of the type typically utilized to contain a small volume of a condiment and formed of a resilient material which has a reservoir and a lip which surrounds the reservoir with a lid sealed to the lip is improved by including support fingers formed in the lip. The support fingers are formed by including slits in the lip which separate segments of the lip into the support fingers.
