A paint bucket, preferably cylindrical in shape, has a generally teardropped inner rim for decreasing sloshing and spillage of paint. Within one section of the inner rim is an inventive paint squeegee, of adjustable width, having a first fixed and a second removable side wiping section which may be adapted through a grooved, slideable adjustment to the width of any given paint brush.
