Two legs of the bracket define a gap between each other adjacent to the container. A U-shaped insert member is inserted into the gap. An interspace is defined between the bottom of the U-shaped insert and the container. This interspace is dimensioned such that it can be subjected to a surface treatment such as phosphatizing or varnishing.
