초록

The present invention relates to a novel installation of a sound attenuating laminate. More particularly, the invention relates to the installation of a simpler, lighter, and more effective noise attenuating laminate which is made up of seven layers of material. The laminate includes a duct liner, a moisture barrier, a first protecting layer, a screen, acoustic attenuating material, a second protecting layer, and a solid backing sheet.
