The bulkhead is constructed of a rigid material and is suspended by hangers from the top edges of opposing truck bed\s sidewalls. The hangers are cantilevered extensions of the bulkhead wall part and are made an integral part thereof for suspension in the truck bed without the use of connecting hardware.
