A circuit board ejector/injector system enabling the insertion and removal of circuit boards from a card cage is provided. A lever handle is rotatably mounted on an exterior corner of the circuit board in a manner that permits the lever handle to extend out and through an opening formed in an outer front panel of the card cage.
