With this, there is provided a portable radiotelephone device which can realize miniaturization of the entire device and enhancement of productivity, and which can obtain a sending speech mouth piece and an ear piece securing a spacing between the ear and the mouth during telephone conversation which has a high antenna efficiency and while preventing feedback between sending speech sound and receiving sound.
