A molded plastic overwrap tray is disclosed having a base and sidewalls. The sidewalls are outwardly bowed and connected to one another through integrally formed radius corners. A thick, wide bead is integrally formed to the sidewalls adjacent the open end tray to form a lip for the tray. A plurality of reinforcing ribs also are integrally formed in the corner or junctures connecting the sidewalls to the base.
