A flexible pouch for medical implements is manufactured from a disposable material which can be easily sterilized and includes a plurality of pockets for holding forceps, scissors, and similar surgical tools. The pouch includes plastic loops for holding cords or medical tubing and a bendable aluminum strap designed to retain a rolled towel.
