A laminated structural panel which is especially well suited for the construction of a bulkhead used to partition a trailer or other cargo container. The center of the panel is formed by a polyurethane foam core panel sandwiched between a pair of flexible plastic reinforcing sheets adhesively bonded to opposite sides of the core panel.
