A thermal isolating sheath for the beverage containers, which is integrally made by a kind of flexible and elastic thermal isolating material, and is comprised of a main gasket and a base gasket. The main gasket is of suitable width and length, which may be closed to form a cylindrical shape by two buttons on both side edges thereof.
