An exercising device includes an adjustable weighted handle at the end of an elongated telescoping tube of an adjustable height. The tube is connected to a rotatable joint mounted on a base. The device can be rotated about a 360°arc and also up and down through about 180°in a vertical plane. The preferred movement is to swing the handle back and forth in a circular path and twist the body around from side to side and up and down.
