A drain discharge device for discharging effluent comprises a valve with a single outlet and a plurality of inlets that selectively connects the single outlet to one of inlets in turn. The inlets, each of which corresponds to an outlet of an effluent discharging device, such as an air compressor or an after cooler, are each sequentially connected to the single outlet in order to drain effluent.
