An absorption heat pump and a cogeneration system are provided to have high efficiency of utilizing exhaust heat. An absorption heat pump having an evaporator, an absorber, a high-temperature regenerator, a low-temperature regenerator and a condenser is combined with a fuel cell such that the pump includes a cycle in which vapor exhaust heat from the fuel cell is used as a heat source for the evaporator and the high-temperature regenerator, and another cycle in which warm-water exhaust heat from the fuel cell is used as a heat source for the low-temperat...
