A cushion suspension system for coupling an agricultural tool to a vehicle includes a flexible frame which permits vertical movement of the tool relative to the vehicle while maintaining the tool laterally fixed relative to the vehicle to prevent side-by-side oscillation. The flexible frame includes an air spring with an air filled bellows for providing vertical cushioning and a restoring force as the wheels of the vehicle encounter irregularities in the ground.
