초록

A personal cooling apparatus comprises a harness constructed of perforated tubing to provides air circulation over the body of a wearer. The tubing has at least one fin adjacent the perforations to enhance the induction of flow of ambient air by gas escaping through the perforations. The tubing is extruded and has an footing strip formed on it to maintain it in a specific position and to permit the tubing to be attached to the interior of a garment.
