The invention provides a zinc alloy die cast bullet (100) and a method for manufacturing the same for use primarily in indoor shooting ranges. The use of a zinc die cast alloy eliminates toxic lead vapors and dust which result from the use of lead in bullets. The bullet (100) is made by heating a zi
