A device for dispensing a liquid or powdery product is disclosed. This device includes a container and a stopper for sealing the container. A pouch made of a deformable elastic substance and including at least one slit is placed within the neck of the container. The slit on the pouch is closed when the stopper is removed from the container to prevent product from accidentally escaping from the container.
